Just a note of explanation. The easiest way to a quiet PC that I've
found is a notebook hard drive and an underclocked CPU. Then
disconnect all the fans except the power supply and you should be in
business. The reason I have small form factors in this category is
because I want to put this quiet PC in a constrained area. So there.
